Sulphur if I suffer

You may be familiar with the benefits of magnesium, iron, or zinc, but what about sulfur?

Sulfur is present throughout our body, in our hair, nails, skin, cartilage, bones, and also in our liver, pancreas, adrenal glands...
It is essential for the synthesis of hormones, enzymes, and certain vitamins.

It always works in synergy with other minerals. For example, it can mobilize calcium in the body and thus help combat osteoporosis (POE13).

It is known for its regulatory action on allergic conditions (POE 5), on respiratory infections, and on most skin problems (acne, psoriasis, eczema, etc.).

OUR TRACE ELEMENT PREPARATIONS CONTAINING SULFUR
POE N°13 - Bones, Nails & Hair
Nettles
POE 5 - Immune Balance
Copper - Manganese - Blackcurrant

It promotes detoxification processes (POE 2, 9 and 16), calms inflammation, participates in tissue reconstruction (regeneration of the osteoarticular system, healing... POE 13)

POE N°2 - Digestion - Liver Drainage
Manganese - Zinc - Chromium - Black radish - Dandelion
POE N° 9 - Detoxification
Selenium - Molybdenum - Chlorella
POE N° 16 - Drainer - Weight Loss
Chromium - Iodine - Manganese - Black Radish - Algae - Juniper - Dandelion - Nettle - Prunes
Where is sulfur found?

In foods rich in animal proteins (meat, fish, eggs...) or plant-based proteins (oilseeds, oleaginous seeds, legumes...), in cruciferous vegetables (all members of the cabbage family) and in onions, garlic, and shallots.

When the intestinal flora is imbalanced, certain bacteria will convert sulfur into hydrogen sulfide, causing gas, feelings of nausea, and even generating intestinal hyperpermeability in sensitive individuals.

That is why the ionized form of sulfur administered by sublingual route is an excellent way to consume sulfur. Bioligo Trace Element Preparations (POEs) are formulated solely with ionized trace elements that limit digestive assimilation, thus avoiding the negative effects of sulfur-containing foods while retaining the properties of sulfur.
