Before placing my order

How to create a customer account?
  • Click on the user icon in the top right corner
  • Enter your email address and click on "Continue"
  • Enter the verification code sent to your email address and you're done!
How much is shipping?

Shipping costs for delivery in mainland France are:

  • Free for orders over €35
  • €3.50 with Mondial Relay for orders under 500g
  • €6 with Colissimo home delivery for orders under 500g

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order is prepared and shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) once payment is confirmed.

Delivery times for your order depend on its destination and the chosen carrier. As an indication, average delivery times are as follows:

  • 2 to 5 days delivery for delivery in mainland France
  • 4 to 10 days delivery for delivery to overseas French territories or internationally. Please note that customs checks may extend the delivery time of the order.
What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order using the payment method of your choice:

  • Credit card 
  • Bank transfer 
  • Paypal 
Is this site secure?

Our site is secured using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, the same one used by banks.

How do I use a discount code?

Once you have clicked the Add to Cart button, a window will open on the right. You can enter your discount code in the field provided there.

Do you have a shop?

Even if we don't have a Propos'Nature store, our products are available in over 1500 retail outlets. You can find retailers near you using our interactive map.

I have a problem with my order

How can I track my order?

Your package still hasn't arrived? Contact our Customer Service via the Contact Form above to get the carrier's tracking number.

What should I do if I receive a broken or damaged product?

If you receive a broken or damaged product, you have up to three days after receiving the order to report it to our Customer Service. After this period, your claim will no longer be accepted. To get a refund for the product:

  • Take a photo of the damaged product
  • Send the photo with the order number using the contact form above.

Our Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I return products or my order?

Do you wish to return products to us? This is absolutely possible, but there are a few rules to follow:

  • Notify us of your change of mind within 14 working days (including weekends) from the delivery date.
  • Return the products in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
  • Bear the return shipping costs.

If this is acceptable to you, simply fill out the Contact Form above. As soon as your package arrives with us, we will process the refund (please note, delivery costs are not refunded).

What should I do if there's an error in my order?

If you receive an order with an extra product, a missing product, or an error, please contact our Customer Service by filling out the Contact Form above.

Regarding product quality

How can you be sure your products are organic and healthy?

All our products are certified by the independent body Bureau Veritas and carry recognized organic labels:

  • Organic Farming (AB), a label that guarantees the product comes from organic farming (for food products such as vegetable oils)
  • COSMOS organic European standard for organic cosmetics
Why don't your products have Cruelty-Free and Vegan labels?

Even though none of our products are tested on animals, the Cruelty Free and Vegan labels certify the absence of animal-derived ingredients in products. However, some of our products are formulated with Beeswax, Honey, or Propolis.

Do you offer samples?

No, as our margins are very tight and prices are calculated as accurately as possible, we unfortunately cannot afford to create a line of free samples to send to our customers.
