Our Energy Elixirs are organic food supplements based on the principles of Chinese medicine. Exclusively formulated with organic plant-based ingredients, they work by harmonizing the body's energies and emotions.
Our Energy Elixirs are intimately linked to the 5 Chinese seasons. The principles of Chinese medicine are based on the existence of these 5 seasons, each linked to a symbolic element (wood, fire, earth, water, and metal) and a body organ (liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney).
Each of these organs corresponds to an energy meridian, channels through which vital energy circulates in the body. This energy can be imbalanced due to excess (too much yang) or insufficiency (too much yin). There are therefore 10 forms of imbalance and thus 10 Energy Elixirs to address each of these imbalances. They act on both physical issues (digestion, sleep, stress...) and emotional issues (nervousness, fears, anger, sadness...).
Like Bach Flower Remedies, Energy Elixirs help to restore emotional balance. They are natural solutions to soothe the mind in cases of phobias, romantic breakups, emotional crises... but also to boost energy in cases of fatigue, lack of vitality.
