Quinton, The Serum of Life
The French physiologist and biologist René Quinton, a self-taught and visionary scholar, developed a revolutionary and never-refuted theory called the Laws of Original Constancy starting in 1896.
He demonstrated the analogy between the internal environment of the organism (blood plasma) and seawater (marine plasma), the environment in which life originated. Quinton derived therapeutic applications from this and the adage that the most natural and judicious source of minerals and trace elements remains the sea.
