Patchouli is an aromatic shrub from tropical forests with large, downy leaves adorned with sumptuous white flowers. Introduced to France in the 19th century, its aphrodisiac scent initially earned it a bad reputation, referring to ladies of ill repute. But its woody fragrance captivated hippies in the 60s and 70s. Today, patchouli remains a key ingredient for the greatest perfumers.

Organic Patchouli essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the dried leaves of Pogostemon cablin.

Widely used in perfumery, Organic Patchouli essential oil is a powerful energizer, with a fragrance that is both aphrodisiac and relaxing.
