Native to India and Nepal, Palmarosa is a tall herb with long, narrow leaves that, when crushed, exhale a fragrance similar to that of rose and geranium. It is sometimes referred to as "Indian geranium". This herbaceous plant has long served as a substitute for organic Rose essential oil, which is much more expensive.
