Rich in vitamin A and linoleic acid, Organic Apricot Kernel Oil is renowned for its firming and softening properties. It is the ally of mature skin.

Highly penetrating, Organic Apricot Oil is used in skincare to restore radiance and revive the complexion of dull and tired skin.

A vegetable oil known for its anti-aging action, it tones the skin and delays the effects of aging.
Composition
  • INCI Name: Prunus armeniaca kernel oil*
  • Botanical name: Prunus armeniaca
  • Part of the plant: Kernel contained in the stone
  • Extraction method: Cold mechanical pressing of small kernels (contained in apricot stones) (first pressing). The oil is then successively filtered through blotting paper.
  • Origin of the plant: Turkey
  • Main polyunsaturated essential fatty acids: Linoleic acid (C18:2): 20 to 34% Alpha-linolenic acid (C18:3): 1% max
  • Main monounsaturated fatty acids: Oleic acid (C18:1): 60 to 74%
  • Main saturated fatty acids: Palmitic acid (C16:0): 4 to 8% Stearic acid (C18:0): 3% max
  • Vitamin E content (mg/100g): 2 to 6
