Energy Elixir N°2 - Wood Yin

As part of wellness treatments, it is possible to take one or two of the recommended elixirs at the beginning of the season:

In spring, Elixir No. 2 alone. Ideally, start the treatment on the first fine days. When the liver is particularly fragile, it is better to combine this basic elixir with No. 1 (take both 5 minutes apart).

In summer, Elixir No. 4 alone. Ideally, start the treatment when the hot weather arrives.

At the end of summer, Elixir No. 6 alone, or combined with Elixir No. 5 when one is particularly prone to fatigue. The treatment should start from August 15 in the north, and September 1 in the south.

In autumn, Elixir No. 7 alone. Ideally, start the treatment when the leaves fall and when you start wearing a sweater.

In winter, Elixir No. 9 alone. Ideally, start the treatment when the cold suddenly arrives.

Thanks to the floral elixirs they contain, energetic elixirs have a significant influence on emotional reactions. Elixirs are able to harmonize these very emotions, not to make us a new person, but to help us get closer to who we truly are, to allow us to have the most appropriate and best-adapted reactions in all circumstances.

A well-chosen energetic elixir will, in addition, thanks to its blend of plants and essential oils, tone the organ whose energy imbalance is likely to cause these emotions.
