Sports massage oil before/after exercise

Enjoy a relaxing moment with this massage oil for athletes, essentially composed of neutral massage oil. Mustard vegetable oil provides a warming effect on the skin, which is very useful after a sports session, especially for relieving muscle soreness. Peppermint essential oil has a tonifying and stimulating effect, and Wintergreen promotes muscle comfort, flexibility, and relaxation.

Use: Apply to the entire body before or after exercise to relieve or prevent muscle soreness and stimulate blood circulation. Gently warm a small amount of the preparation in the palms of your hands before beginning the massage to make it even more pleasant.

Equipment:

  • Bowl
  • Mini whisk
  • Scale and/or 100 ml beaker + 10 ml syringe
  • 100 ml bottle

Storage: Approx. 3 months (if made under perfect hygienic conditions and stored away from air, heat, and light).

Ingredients

PHASE A

  • 95.6 ml - Organic neutral massage oil
  • 23 drops - Organic Peppermint essential oil
  • 15 drops - Organic Wintergreen essential oil
  • 11 ml - Organic Mustard oil

Preparation

  1. Pour the neutral massage oil, Mustard oil, with Peppermint, and Wintergreen essential oils into a bowl. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Transfer the preparation to your container.

Tips:

Solid vegetable oil: To liquefy, run the container under hot water or melt in a bain-marie. Without a scale, 1 tablespoon of solid butter ≈ 5mL.
