PHASE A
- 95.6 ml - Organic neutral massage oil
- 23 drops - Organic Peppermint essential oil
- 15 drops - Organic Wintergreen essential oil
- 11 ml - Organic Mustard oil
Preparation
- Pour the neutral massage oil, Mustard oil, with Peppermint, and Wintergreen essential oils into a bowl. Mix all ingredients.
- Transfer the preparation to your container.
Tips:
Solid vegetable oil: To liquefy, run the container under hot water or melt in a bain-marie. Without a scale, 1 tablespoon of solid butter ≈ 5mL.
